What age range is this toy suitable for?

Are the bags waterproof or water-resistant?
Most of our kids’ backpacks are water-resistant, protecting belongings from light spills and splashes. Product descriptions will mention this feature if included.
What materials are your lunch boxes and bottles made of?
We use BPA-free plastic, food-grade stainless steel, and silicone materials that are safe for kids and compliant with food safety standards.
Is the stationery safe for toddlers?
Yes! All our stationery is non-toxic and child-safe, suitable even for toddlers under adult supervision.
Do your products come with warranty or replacement policy?
While we do not offer a warranty, we do accept replacement requests for defective or damaged products within 7 days of delivery. Please share photos and details with our support team.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, before dispatch. Please email us at titepo@tzar.co with your order ID and request as soon as possible.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking link.
What should I do if my order is delayed or not delivered?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please email us attitepo@tzar.cowith your order ID. We’ll contact the courier partner and update you within 24 hours.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original condition. Items must be in their original packaging. Return shipping details will be shared upon request.
Can I exchange a product for a different color or design?
We allow exchanges only if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the item. However extra shipping charges need to be paid.
I want to buy it in bulk (for gifting, school events, return gifts). How do I proceed?
